Xtreme Martial Arts (XMA) is a combination of techniques, method of movements and philosophies from all martial arts styles. It is a mixture of virtually all martial arts styles blended together with high-flying acrobatics and gymnastics. It's what the kids are seeing on TV, in the movies, in video games, and on the Internet. The goal of XMA is to take the skills our students have and take them to the Xtreme level and to challenge the students to become better than they thought possible.
Mike Chat, creator of XMA, describes his program as: "The ability to perform highly skilled moves and also the ability to perform basic moves and make them look spectacular! This is why XMA is not only for the elite level athletes and competitors, but also for beginners at the entry level as well.

Noah is a 1st degree black belt in ATA Martial Arts
Taekwondo. When asked what he thought when he learned he got the part,
Noah Ringer admits, "I was pretty surprised; I definitely was not
expecting that ever in my life." Noah has been training with ATA
Martial Arts for two years. He has competed in 23 ATA Martial Arts
tournaments throughout the United States and he credits the tournaments
with helping him prepare not only for the audition but also for the
role of Aang. "Being in the tournaments really helped me focus," Noah
says. "Because when you're at tournaments, you compete in front of tons
of people. And when you're on set, you're doing the same thing. So, it
helped me learn to focus and perform like I would at any other
place---at home, at the school, or anywhere else."
